Peter Lambert - Director

Goatacre

Peter has accumulated over 50 years working in all aspects of the construction industry. Peter has managed construction sites for over 45 years and has specialised in managing house building for most of his career.

Peter has won a number of commendations over his career, including 9 National House Building Council (NHBC) regional and national awards. Peter has demonstrated a passion and commitment to providing quality builds safely, to programme and on budget.

One of Peter's many achievements has been to construct in 30 days a 4 bedroom detached house with double garage for a national house builder. The house was of traditional brick and block construction from ground floor slab and measured 1,227 ft2 in floor area.

The house was fully furnished, the garage fitted out as a sales centre; and the garden landscaped within the 30 days. The military sequencing of trades has since been adopted by the national house builder as the template for future show homes.
